EDGE Performance Acceleration works with companies to help them develop a comprehensive Training and Development Strategy that is in alignment with the company’s vision and strategic goals. EDGE begins by assessing the training needs to drive performance improvement. For most clients the next step is to create competency models and assessments to ascertain the current state of the current staff. From there, a Training and Development gap analysis is completed and a strategy is created. Once a strategy is in place, EDGE may develop and deliver courses or recommend appropriate training interventions from a vast network of training partners and resources.
